By accessing and using the TastyQR platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Continued use of the Service will be deemed as acceptance of any changes made to these terms.

"Service" refers to the TastyQR platform and all its functionalities, including but not limited to: digital menu creation, QR code generation, order management system, analytics and reporting. "User" refers to any person or entity that registers and uses the Service, including restaurants, cafes, bars, and other businesses in the food service industry. "Account" refers to the unique account created for the User to access the Service. "Content" refers to text, images, photographs, graphics, video, audio, and all materials uploaded or created through the Service.

TastyQR provides a cloud-based platform for creating, managing, and distributing digital menus for restaurants and similar businesses. Services include: • Digital menu creation and management • Custom QR code generation • Order management system • Real-time analytics and reporting • Multi-language support • Brand customization • Third-party system integrations We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing complete and accurate information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password • All activities that occur under your account • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or remove content at our discretion, especially in cases of violation of these terms.

TastyQR services are offered on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual subscription basis, according to the selected plan. Prices are displayed in EUR and may be changed with 30 days' prior notice. • Payments are processed automatically at each billing cycle • All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law • In case of non-payment, the account may be suspended or closed • You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and associated costs The 14-day free trial offer is available for new users. After the trial period expires, you will be charged according to your selected plan, unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TastyQR and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms. You may not: • Modify or copy the materials • Use the materials for commercial purposes without permission • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software • Remove copyright notices or other proprietary rights Content you upload remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TastyQR will not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use • Business interruption or commercial losses • Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

You may terminate your account at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting us at contact@tastyqr.app. Upon termination: • Access to the Service will cease immediately • All data associated with the account may be permanently deleted • Paid fees will not be refunded We reserve the right to suspend or close your account and refuse current or future use of the Service for any reason, including: • Violation of these Terms and Conditions • Providing false or misleading information • Fraudulent or illegal activities • Non-payment of owed fees In case of termination for breach of terms, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by: • Posting the new terms on the website • Sending an email to the address associated with your account • In-app notification Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through: 1. Direct negotiation between parties 2. Mediation, if negotiation fails 3. Competent courts in Romania, if mediation fails By using the Service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Romanian courts for the resolution of any disputes. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to be valid.
